It is of great importance that we provide the best possible service to all our customers, therefore we have listed our policy for returns for customers to be aware of before you make a purchase.

Toys4tikes Little Tikes Cozy Coupe Competition:

The competition is for Australian Residents Only.
The Prize Winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received by Toys4tikes from Tuesday
27th January 2009 (AEST) and closes Tuesday 31st March 2009 (AEST) The Prize Winner will be notified by email and listed on the Toys4tikes website on Friday 3rd April 2009 (AEST). If the Prize Winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize within 30 days of being notified, then the Prize will be forfeited and a substitute prize/s will not be offered in lieu of the Prize. All entries become the property of Toys4tikes and maybe used for promotional purposes. By entering the Competition, the Prize winner agrees to the use of their name, image/s and/or photograph/s, without compensation, and agrees that the Toys4tikes will own copyright in any such images and photograph/s. Toys4tikes reserves the right, in their absolute discretion, at any time before the awarding of the Prizes, to vary the prize. The Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. The Prizes or any element of the Prizes cannot be exchanged for any other Prizes.

Customers are entitled to a replacement or refund if:

The item is faulty or defective.
Please thoroughly inspect your purchase upon delivery. If you receive an item which is faulty or damaged and wish to receive a replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase on +61 3 9532 0333.

Customers are not entitled to a replacement or refund if:

You change your mind about a purchase after you have placed your order or received the item. Please choose carefully when making a purchase, as we are unable to provide refunds to customers who change their mind or make a 'wrong decision'. As soon as orders are placed with Toys4tikes, we send the orders to the warehouse for immediate dispatch and daily collection by our freight carrier, therefore we are unable to provide a full refund for services or items once they have been ordered or delivered. Should a delivery be stopped and the item has already been dispatched (but not received), you may be liable for the two way freight fees depending on the location of the order.

You do not have proof that you have purchased the item from Toys4Tikes
We provide invoices to all of our customers and advise that you keep them somewhere safe should you require it later. We regret that if you do not have an invoice and we cannot locate confirmed details of your order, a refund will not be processed.

The item was a special order or delivery.
Items that have been ordered in specially for customers including orders for delivery to addresses other than our Melbourne warehouse can not be cancelled or refunded if the order has already been processed and/or ordered by our office.

The item (s) you have purchased have become damaged due to rough play.
Little Tikes toys are strong, durable and quality toys. However, children's toys in general, especially outdoor and larger toys are often subjected to 'rougher' play. Therefore we cannot offer a refund for items that have become damaged after assembly. We strongly advise customers to supervise their children closely when introducing them to a new toy and guide them on the best way to use the toy, in order to avoid damage or breakage. However, should you find a damaged part prior to assembling the item, please call us within 7 days of purchase and we will arrange for a replacement of the part which is damaged to be sent to you as per below.

You have accidentally damaged the item while you were assembling the product.
If you have damaged the item while assembling it, we can not offer a refund, however please contact us to see if we are able to help.

You have found a cheaper item elsewhere
While we believe we have extremely competitive prices on toys, you are not entitled to a refund or return your purchase (s) should you find a cheaper product elsewhere.

What happens if I need to make a return?
1. Should you have a problem with an item warranting a return as per above and have a receipt, within 7 days of purchase, contact us on +61 3 9532 0333.
2. We will take down the details of the your return request and establish if the whole item or a part needs replacing. This may be at the discretion of the Warehouse Manager.
3. Should a part need to be replaced under warranty, we will organise to have the part sent to you direct via the warehouse, sent by courier. Should the whole item need to be replaced, we will arrange this with our warehouse and you will be contacted for appropriate delivery and exchange of the faulty item. The faulty item maybe collected prior to the new item being sent out.
If a credit is needed this will be processed once the item has been returned to our warehouse.

By using and/or registering on the Toys4tikes website, you are consenting to the collection of your personal information for use by Toys4tikes. Toys4tikes would like to assure you that we take your information and privacy very seriously.. and we are not involved in the selling, trading or alternative unauthorized use of personal information We will not pass on your personal details to any other organisations unless it is for the direct purpose pertaining to your business with Toys4tikes. We are fully committed to protecting your privacy.. PRICES
All prices of goods and services advertised on the Toys4tikes website may be subject to variation at the time of order processing if there has been an error due to technical difficulties, prices of stock increasing on reorder of new stock into our warehouse or freight adjustments. Customers will be informed of any changes before any orders or charges are processed.
