HOW TO ORDER
You can order from us simply, quickly and safely. Your options are as follows:

1. Online Secure Shopping Cart Our online secure shopping cart allows you to order directly from our website by simply selecting the items you wish to purchase, adding them to your cart and then completing your personal details in our secure check out, paying by credit card or direct bank deposit. You also have the ability to leave special notes or instructions about your purchase or list different shipping addresses. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

2. Over the phone. You can simply give us a call on +61 3 9532 0333. All you need to do is provide your contact details, what products you wish to purchase and payment method. It's that easy.

3. By mail. Please send details of your order and contact details along with your cheque or money order to PO Box 2139 Hampton East Victoria 3188 and once cleared though our bank we will have your order to you in no time.

4. By email. Please email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it with your contact details and we will phone you to complete your order.

All orders are processed immediately and sent for delivery, unless they are out of local stock and need to be ordered from our warehouse - this can take approximately 4-5 working days to arrive at our Melbourne or Adelaide offices for dispatch. We do endevour to process all orders as fast as we can. Orders must be paid for in full at the time of ordering.

Please note: Customers do not have to register on line. If you would like to place an order, please send an email with your details and one of our staff will contact you to process your order over the phone.

Invoices will be either attached to all parcels on delivery, emailed or posted to you. If you need a copy please ask.

Cheque / Money Orders: We do accept cheques and money orders once cleared our bank. Please send your cheque or money order along with your order and contact details to Toys4tikes P.O. Box 2139 Hampton East Victoria Australia 3188.

Delivery: Our shopping cart includes different freight options. We have designed this to default a various display of choices of freight options based on your shopping cart purchases and the delivery address. Please choose the one that is most suitable for you. There is also an option to request a freight quote if you are unsure of options or have any further questions or would like us to confirm the freight charge shown.

If several items are purchased, the freight calculator will base the cost on the combined size of the total items purchased and may result in a higher than necessary cost. If you are purchasing several items and you are unsure of the freight cost shown, please choose the 'request a quote for freight' as items may be cheaper sent separately.

Please note that our Melbourne Metro Pick-up is based in Highett.We hope to have Perth, Sydney and Brisbane available as soon as possible and we will notify customers when this is available.

Please note deliveries sent by Toys4tikes using Toll Ipec carriers, due to the charging of a redelivery fee back to us from Toll Ipec if you are not home, all products will be shipped with an ‘no redelivery’ at the requested delivery address. If for any reason the courier is unable to deliver the goods (locked gate or you are not home etc) and they are returned to their depot, you can arrange to collect their items direct from the depot.  Should you request a second attempt be made by the courier to deliver the goods the return fee will be payable by you. If you require information about your delivery date please contact Toll Ipec and quote your consignment note number (that will be provided by you) on Toll Ipec Customer Service 1300 TOLL IPEC (1300 865 547) We do apologize about this but our couriers have introduced this fee which is equivalent to the freight amount you have paid for your delivery and we cannot absorb a this sort of charge, thank you for your understanding. All customers will be notified that their orders have been sent my Toll Ipec and will be provided with the above information.

Delivery time frames are approximately:

Victoria Metro: Same or next day
Victoria Country: Next day
New South Wales, Queensland and South Australia Metro: Two day to three days
New South Wales and Queensland Country or Tasmania and Northern Territory Metro: Three to four days.
Western Australia Metro: Five to seven days
Western Australia, South Australia and Northern Territory Country: Seven to fourteen days

Please note: These are calculated from the time of dispatch and the courier collects the items from Toys4tikes and are approximate only. Delivery time frames depends on what size and quantity of items are purchased and stock availability. For a more precise time frame please email and request further information.
